Nicholas T. Steffens, Esq. serves as the managing attorney of Nicholas T. Steffens & Associates, P.A. Prior to opening this practice, Mr. Steffens worked at small law firms in Fort Lauderdale and Coral Springs where he gained experience in civil litigation and matrimonial law. Currently, his practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration and family law litigation.  Mr. Steffens also maintains an active general civil litigation practice.

Mr. Steffens graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005.  Upon graduation, Mr. Steffens moved to Florida and became a member of the Florida Bar.  Before law school, Mr. Steffens graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University cum laude.  Mr. Steffens was born in New York, N.Y. and was raised in Syosset, N.Y.Mr. Steffens is a member of many civic and political organizations, including the Florida Bar.  In his spare time, Mr. Steffens enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.

Shanna L. Feldman, Esq. is a partner in the law office of Nicholas T. Steffens & Associates, P.A. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning and document preparation in support of our litigation services.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked with an asset recovery company where she oversaw the collection of millions of dollars in unclaimed assets on behalf of individuals and businesses.  During that time, Ms. Feldman gained extensive experience in probating estates on behalf of her clients. 

Ms. Feldman maintains her own company, Feldman Worldwide Financial, which assists individuals and businesses in collecting assets throughout the United States. Ms. Feldman is a graduate of the University of Miami and Seton Hall University School of Law. Ms. Feldman became a member of the Florida Bar in 2005.  After joining the Florida Bar, Ms. Feldman began counseling community associations with their legal issues at a firm in Fort Lauderdale. Ms. Feldman is licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Ms. Feldman was raised in Staten Island, N.Y. and Manalapan, N.J. Ms. Feldman lives with her family in Parkland, Florida. She enjoys spending time with husband, daughter and the rest of her family.  She also enjoys cruising the Caribbean as often as possible.
